Paul came into the Health Service in 2006 following a 25 years career in the Armed Forces (Army) during this time he served on operations and in barracks across the world before retiring at the rank of Captain (Late Entry), Royal Logistics Corps. Paul remains part of the Regular Officer Reserve.

Paul’s first position with Conwy & Denbighshire NHS Trust was General Manager for Facilities. Following the formation of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in 2009 the largest Health Board in Wales he spent a short period of time reviewing the transport & logistics in the organisation prior to moving to his present position as Head of Facilities Management.

Paul’s position as Head of Facilities Management Services covers a wide range of soft FM and transport activities.
